Embracing the changes in season and harnessing the playful delirium that comes with Spring, Katie and Chef Jake have paired delicate ingredients such as soft-shelled crab, white asparagus and radicchio treviso with many of Alois Lageder’s masterpiece collection.

These nights are magical events which allow Katie Lee and Helena Lageder to tell the story of the Veneto region through their love for ingredients and time-honored traditions. Katie will be cracking a wheel of Grana Padano from the region to share amongst guests, while the Kasimu Taylor Quartet plays live jazz. Guests will receive a gift and are encouraged to take home the wines sampled throughout the night, which will be available for order through Bommarito Wines.

The walking course is presented at 6:00pm with each course coming in timely succession. Seating is communal, so encourage your friends to come, or experience the evening with like-minded foodies of the region.
